Chanel Black Evenining Caviar Pochette with Gold Adjustable Chain Strap

I saw this bag about a year ago at the Chanel boutique in Neiman-Marcus at Fashion Island. At the time it retailed for $1,395. I really like the bag because the chain adjusts with a little toggle, so you can make it a double or single strap. Does anyone have photos of this bag, know the name of it, or the current price?

Is it of an east/west shape?

Yes. I would guess that the dimensions are 12x4 (ish).
