I bought this nearly two weeks ago and had difficulty as nowhere in London had many in stock and they all had these little black dots on the leather. This was the best of what they had available. I have until Thursday to return for a refund or exchange but nowhere has it in stock now as there’s been no deliveries. I’m worried about returning and there being a price increase.

Would the little black dot bother you? TIA

It's a gorgeous bag. Honestly, if you didn't point out where the tiny black dot was, I wouldn't have noticed it.
I would keep it.

It’s a really symettrical one - stitches etc and the quilts are really puffy. It’s just such a shame the dot isn’t on the back. Every one I looked at had a random dot in the leather, I suppose most people probably don’t look or notice

But would it bother you knowing it’s there? It just means if I return I have to try and get another one (I may not be able to get a perfect one) and in the meantime there may be a price increase

I agree that if it bothers you, return it.

There aren’t any planned increases on flaps this year...BUT there are rumored increases (Boy in December) and with Chanel’s restructure you really can’t be certain.

It just seems ages since there’s been an increase?

I bought my Maxi in March last year thinking there would be a price increase. I’m glad I got it as wanted it for so long and got a fresh untouched one. I doubt there will be an increase in the UK because of Brexit.

You need to weigh up how much you want this bag and how much the spot will bother you. I can’t see it but it’s a light coloured bag and it’s something that might bug you every time you see it. If so, then I would return it.

If you cannot bear to lose it then that’s decision made. Good luck [emoji4]

It doesn't really matter if it bothers me/us, as long as it obviously bothers you. It's your bag, you'll wear it and you will most probably be the only one to notice the dot. However, it'll be the dot you notice before you see the whole bag, so regardless of what anyone here thinks or says (and I think you got it that people don't seem bothered by it), you should do as your heart dictates. If you're not happy, return/exchange and wait for the perfect one, regardless of the price. The increase will be less than the price you've paid for a bag that you are not happy with. We cannot and should not validate your decision.

I would keep.
