hi all!

wondering if anyone out there has tried to return unsatisfactory make up purchases bought directly from chanel online? i purchased a blush and after trying it, it's terrible. it has almost zero color payoff even after layering on multiple times. i sent in an email request weeks ago to inquire but no response

Chanel websites accepts returns on gently used beauty products. You might be passed the return date now though, you have 14 days.
