Chanel ballerina problem

I just bought these calfskin ballerinas and have not worn them yet and noticed a part is peeling inside. This wasn't there when I bought them or tried them on several times at home last week. Is this normal? Can I exchange?

No, not normal, call your SA or take them to the store and return them.

Please take them back the store, they should be able to replace them.
