Super helpful. Good to hear there are alternatives to Zeko. I paid Zeko to do a detailed authentication and they gave me two word documents with probably over a hundred pictures and asked me to take a picture that matched every one of theirs. It is very much just “here you go, you are now on your own” without any guidance as to what pictures are missing from the set I had supplied. Just terrible.

I use LegitGrails. Price is fair and they do a decent job with describing why or what made that specific bag authentic. Even though I buy a bag on the secondary market that already comes with authentication, I always do a second authenticator, as well as my own. Now I am no professional bag authenticator, but I do a significant amount of work on watches, and a part of that is authenticating parts and watches to make sure they are genuine.

My most recent bag was authenticated by Entrupy and then confirmed with LegitGrails as well as I felt comfortable with my own authentication. Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear about that. I got a Chanel bag authenticated with Zeko and I had a good experience. They updated me within hours on which photos I had to retake but super quick and nice contact via WhatsApp.

I used Zeko recently she is very thorough so it took a little bit more time but I was ok with that, plus I think she is very busy. I feel that when she authenticates my items she really wants to make sure the item is authentic. She was very nice and I trust her and have used her multiple times.

The only problem I had with my authentication with Zeko was I was having a hard time getting the hologram pic as clear as she wanted it. A little frustrating until I got it right, but I do appreciate that she wanted to be 100% sure.
