Chanel 19 -without a base shaper or organizer

Does anyone use their 19 without a shaper or organizer? Every video I’ve seen about what fits has an organizer. I’ve used one before -in my CF- but not the biggest fan. Would love to see what fits in the medium without one.

I use mine (small 19) without a shaper or organizer and it’s fine. Like you, I’m not a fan of organizers. I don’t feel like they will make a big difference in helping me organize better and they also reduce the bag’s capacity. I haven’t seen any losing of shape in my 19 but I’m careful to not overstuff it and I store it with a bag pillow.

I used my small C19 without an insert for a while, but I don’t like how it looks without an insert - it’s very squishy and flat. My insert is felt and it’s not very stiff, so it helps maintain a little bit of shape without taking away the inherent relaxed nature of the bag.

Seems like organizer would add some weight, too.

I use it with the organizer which is only 2mm thick. So it doesn't drastically take away the space. What you see in the videos is likely what will fit even without the organizer. Maybe the additional space without the organizer would be similar to adding a kindle, a card holder. The bag is pretty comfortable for the essential items.
