I am desperately searching on Etsy, etc. to find a Chan Luu inspired bracelet for less. Ideally, I want a bracelet w/gold beads, brown leather preferably (but I'd take any other color leather). I can't find anything even close that is similarly as thin as the Chan Luu ones. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?????

Hi! I had been looking at bracelets inspired by Chan Luu for quite some time on etsy and I ended up purchasing some so I have done a lot of research. What search terms are you using? Do you want a smaller style bead or larger? Are you looking for ones that have only gold beads or with other beads mixed in? Are you okay with a bracelet that uses gold vermeil or gold plated instead of real gold pieces?
I have tried every search I can think of! Ladder bracelet, leather wrap, etc... I am looking for a smaller style bead bracelet; I'd prefer just gold beads vs. mixed metals, but I don't care if the gold is real or not. Can you give me any leads????? I've spent HOURS AND HOURS doing this!

personally I find the 4mm beads to be a bit small...the ones from LidaVain are 6mm which I like better. I do have one from the last seller so I will to take comparison pics later this weekend when I get a chance. I hope that helps!!

I went w/the triple wrap from Ida Estelle, but she is custom making it for me w/a dark brown leather (she had pulled the listing b/c she didn't have leather in stock at the moment...should be in next week). I wish I would've posted the question two days ago. I could've saved myself hours and hours of searching! Thanks again!

I watched a youtube tutorial on it, I'll have to find it if you guys are interested in making your own.I got my bracelet that Ida Estelle on Etsy custom made for me and it is beyond gorgeous and EXACTLY what I wanted. Love, love, love the bracelet and she was wonderful to work with. She didn't have the leather I wanted in stock at the time and went out of her way to keep me informed as to when it was coming in, when the product would be completed and shipped, etc. I HIGHLY recommend buying from this shop if you are interested in this sort of bracelet. I went with the triple wrap in rustic brown and it cost around $50. Here are some pics for your viewing pleasure.
