My guess would be MOET since it's a LVMH brand. I know that's what Louis Vuitton serves.

At the stores I’ve been to, Veuve Clicquot was served for many years prior to the LVMH takeover. I assume they still serve it, since they’re all under the same family now.

I’ve had Ruinart rose. Same as Dior which is also LVMH

It appears so.

LVMH owns Veuve Clicquot ; Ruinart; Moët Hen; Krug; and others

Even though I’ve only had ruinart offered at Dior; they gift dom perignon around the holidays

DP is owned by Moet Chandon which merged with LVMH

But, at Loro Piana, also owned by LVMH, I think they serve Prosecco, not sure.

ETA: a bit OT, but a non LVMH, privately owned heritage champagne producer called drappier
has a comparable rating (90-91 points) and is a bit lower priced than Ruinart. I am happy to serve Ruinart myself,
But I have bought and I am planning to try Drappier.
