Does anyone have a clutch chain wallet? If so, how is it working out for you? Is there a pocket that can hold an iPhone 5 or 6 without deforming it? I think the recently released metallic cherry with black hardware looks nice. Thanks! :smile1:

A while back, I posted on the "What's in your Coach?" thread about what fits... I have a Galaxy S5 and it fits in the very back compartment as long as the case is thin.
I haven't actually used mine yet. A fact my daughter was QUITE aware of...she offered to break it in for me.

Is this the post? http://forum.purseblog.com/showpost.php?p=28950737&postcount=7076
As long as you can fit a phone and lipstick, it sounds good to me.

what do those look like? i think my oldest daughter has one in black? it's has this chain(that detaches) like wee balls...

The ones that have a straight flap have ball chains. The curved flap ones have regular chains. I think they all look cute.

Yes! That's it! And yes, you can definitely fit a lipstick in there, just not sure how big your phone would be compared to mine.
They are adorable little bags. I have yet to plunge into the cherry metallic, but I need to. I am wanting to get the Swagger for my daughter...and myself.

hers looks like a wallet/clutch.. i know she can fit her phone in it, was a 5 they recently upgraded to 6's and i am unsure if she has used it yet. She loves the detachable chain, so she can carry it various ways.

I'll have to see if i can get a pic from her.

It's cute. I like the black cherry, and I like it even more with black hardware. (I have their FP-version of cherry-with-black-hardware in the extra big double zip wallet ... well you've seen my attempt at comparison pics with Cora.)

I like both of the FP and MFF cherry versions, in all items actually. ;) (I know, no help.) I do want to ask gently though ... I've seen you mentioning an LV wallet on a chain (it was either here or on other forum, and that was in a dark red or wine or something too, iirc), and I gathered you were pretty excited about it. If this is "in addition too" ... might get a little redundant, though redundant isn't necessarily bad -- unless it's too small for much actual use, in which case redundant really is redundant. If it's "in place of", get what you really want, or you'll be chasing it for years. :flowers:

Yep, that was in the ban thread. I'm looking at the LV WOC or upcoming Felicie (which is like a WOC except all of the organization parts are removable) in amarante. Then I got cold feet spending that much on just one bag, and noticed Coach has their own version of a WOC now in the metallic cherry. So it is "in place of", but the Coach version does have black hardware, which works better for me than gold. Short version, I'm exploring all of my options.

I came across this thread searching for something else, but I may as well update it. Shortly after I posted this thread, I ordered the metallic cherry clutch chain wallet from the website. I returned it because it was scratched up, most likely either a return or a floor model, and the color was too pink for me.

I ended up getting the clutch chain wallet in gunmetal on Wednesday (12-23). On the website, the gunmetal is listed as being made of caviar calf leather, while the other colors are listed as being made of pebbled leather. The gunmetal has a unique style number. All of the colors are the same price, though. Very interesting. I can't wait to get home and carry it. Sorry the lighting is so yellow; it doesn't show the color correctly. The bottom left pic is next to (part of) my sunglasses case, my burgundy Dooney Zip Zip, and Mr. Robot fob for scale.

The wallet itself weighs 8.5 oz without the chain, and the chain itself weighs 5 oz. Here's a better pic in natural light:
