Cesar I Promise Commercial - What handbag is that?

I love the bag they show on the cesar dog food commercial "I Promise". Does anyone know what make this bag is? You can see it here on their site Cesar.com | View Our Advertising The white bag in the tv spot. I even emailed them. Hoping I get an answer.

I don't see a white bag in the TV spot. I only see the blue crocodile one.
