Ceramic Watch repair???

Does anyone know where to get a ceramic watch repaired?

I bought my daughter a Michael Kors black ceramic watch from Bloomibgdales last christmas and 2 of the links broke.
Bloomies said they do not repair them

Any help would be appreciated
