Century21 opticians absconded with2 pairs designer prescription sunglasses

I ordered 2 pairs of very expensive sunglasses right before Covid. I waited patiently for store to reopen. However c21 closed vision store. Vision Express. A salesperson Brian assures md glasses would be ready when store reopened. I had bought Very expensive designer frames at SaKS which I had given to Brian to fill with prescription suNglass lens.
Century 21 takes no responsibility and gave me phone # to call. They never pick up and message says transcribing my message.
So upset as I am out almost $1500

I require the more expense lens with distance/reading and thinned as have high prescription.

So upset as I am out almost $1500. Any advice ? I can’t even find Vision Express corporate offices. The number given has a 716 area code.
