Cellphone purse

I am looking for a birthday present for my mom. She LOVES her designer bags. She is also a high risk group in the pandemic due to some health issues she has.
So I was thinking that what would be great for her would be to have a cell phone purse where she can carry her phone, credit cards, keys... - BUT with a “clear” back so she can use her phone without taking it out of her purse.
I have seen some online but they are not too nice and look like terrible quality.
Do you know/can you recommend something along this lines but of good quality and stylish?

What about a set of Apple Airpods (if it's a iPhone) or other wireless ear pods or head set? I don't know of any purse with a clear back that is touch-friendly.

It's a clear pouch for a smartphone and she can loop the strap through a purse handle or keep it handy in a front or exterior slip pocket if her purse has one.
