I'm thinking of ordering a Celine Ava in Tan/brown canvas and the Celine Triomphe shoulder bag, the small one with leather strap. Does anyone own the shoulder bag? I've heard mixed reviews and it seems to come down to capacity and how much the bag can hold.

I think Ava would be more practical and given the soft structure it might be roomier. What is the most important feature for you?
New to Celine; learning the history and seeing how Hedi Slimane did with the Triomphe got my interest.
Decided on Cuir Triomphe black/black.
Very happy with it.
Roomy enough for a nite out; phone, wallet, sunglasses & lipsticks.

I have the shoulder bag in canvas and I love it!

You do need to be more a minimalist with this bag.

I do not like playing tetris with items so I can fit my:
- cardholder
- 6 ring key holder + car fob
- and cell phone
- (maybe a slim lip balm but I usually don't carry one)

And that's pretty much it.

Versatility. I have the ava in white canvas and it took a bit to get used to carrying less. However now I love it and want mr small bags.

I have the black shoulder bag with gold hardware/chain and I like it, but it doesn't fit that much but it's definitely enough for me with my ant-sized items. I'd go with the Ava if you want a true every day bag rather than a special occasion one!
I can fit my iPhone 14 Pro, Anker magnetic charger (model 621), lippie, travel size eyeliner, sample size fragrance, and point and shoot camera. Can also tuck in an ultraslim pocket notebook and minipen.

Replying to this thread :) I got the Pebble last year. It was either this or YSL le 5 a 7 and I decided on this. Had to order it online from somewhere else as the black was the only option available in store at the time.

In terms of fit, I can do a cardholder, slim lipblam, packet of tissue, small l’occitane handcream and my iphone 14 pro max.

It’s lightweight and i dont need to worry about it on my shoulder 😎
