Celine Nano Luggage vs. Dior Saddle

I'm looking for a high-end, versatile, and unique casual bag.
I wear a lot of neutral colors, so these will go well with my outfits.
There's a $1000 price difference (Celine is 2.7k, Dior is 3.8k), so that's something to consider!

Which one would you recommend?

Both are pretty different bags and not exactly my preference. But if I had to choose between the 2, I prefer a flap closure. So Dior Saddle it is. (I also prefer the Saddle design over the Celine luggage)

Just keep in mind, I find the Saddle to be pretty big for my frame. Here’s me with the mini Saddle and the regular Saddle.

My only concern is that my iPhone Pro Max may not fit... I guess I will have to go to the boutique and try it.

Thank you! Yes I am considering the mini however it does not fit much (lol I guess that’s why it’s a mini)
I can fit my mini iPhone 13 and my card case but there isn’t much additional room. Though the bag was brand new at the store so the material was a bit stiff. Didn’t want to push it haha.
I heard that some people put their iPhone pro max in sideways, but again, not much room left.

I actually have both of those, but in the reverse (black nano and grey saddle). Both are good bags, seem well made, can be used in different settings, can be hand carried and shoulder carried, etc.

But they differ in how much you can carry. The nano carries more and you don't have to play tetris to get things to fit like the saddle (i.e. my things have to go in certain spots in the saddle every time in order to fit). For me personally, I feel the saddle needs the guitar strap to be "complete", which makes the price difference even larger. I carry mine by the guitar strap 90+% of the time. I absolutely adore my saddle, but the nano is an easier bag to use on a daily basis. Easy to reach in and out of, can zip it up so your things are secure, and the strap is a great length to be worn crossbody.

I don't think you can go wrong with either bag (unless you carry a lot day to day - in that case, I wouldn't recommend the saddle). Ultimately, it's up to you on what aesthetically you like more and what bag fits you best. Try them on in person first if you can. Happy shopping!

I voted luggage because the saddle seems like a novelty bag to me. Too fussy to use frequently. I have always liked the luggage style and I think this is a cute bag. Very practical. I’m not sure it’s as versatile as the saddle though - both work for everyday, and I think you could get away with wearing the saddle out to a nicer dinner but I don’t know if I’d say the same about the luggage.

Not a fan of the saddle, at all. I always dreamed of owning the Nano Luggage (my cousin owns one and it was so cute).

Plus it holds more, is versatile and perfect for everyday. I also vote Celine.

I honestly don’t care for the Saddle Bag. My vote is for the Celine.

I think the saddle is not fit for a casual bagbecause of the shape. it is not as versatile. i vote for celine
