Celine mini luggage - base shaper

Is it too late to buy a base shaper if the bag is already sagging? I bought it from a private seller but the seller didn't packed it or stuffed it right [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji31][emoji31] or how else can I fix it?

Samorga makes very nice organizers, that helps when the bags begin to lose their shape.
