Hi everyone: I recently bought a Trapeze which I LOVE but unfortunately, I got scratches on the back of the bag. I bought the Saphir Nappa leather balm (http://www.hangerproject.com/saphir-nappa-leather-balm.html) which has been highly recommended by tPFers in both Celine and Hermes forums. I don't know how much to apply and how many times to treat my bag to buff out the scratches though. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Depending on how deep the scratches are, it may not be possible to remove them. I do not have any experience with Saphir products but it is better IMO to apply a little bit of the conditioner, let it dry and repeat as needed. I have used bick4 on my Celine bags and like you, I had no idea how much to use.
What I ended up doing ( and still do from time to time) is pour a little of the bick4 in my hand and gently rub on the bag. Then let it dry.
Before you spot treat your bag, please make sure that the conditioner you use will not darken the leather. The last thing you need is to create stains on the top of the scratches.
Hopefully, someone with a better technique will stop by and enlighten us
Congrats on your new bag!
