Hi,

I got this on sale for $775. I think it is cute but am not sure of the contrast stitching. I think I like it. What do you think?

The color is dark brown and it has silver hardware.

First pic is a black one I found on the internet and the other two are mine.

Thanks!!

If you don't love it, send it back. It is a good deal at that price, but isn't worth keeping unless you think you will get use out of it.

Personally, I am NOT a fan. I think the leather looks too thick and heavy for the structure of the bag. There should be something feminine about kisslock bags, but this bag looks weighed down. And the contrast stitching does nothing to help lighten the bag up either. I actually think the bag might look better without it.

The House of Celine is wonderful, and they make fabulous, high quality bags that don't get knocked off (which is a plus). If you want to add a Celine to your collection, I would pass on this one and look at one of their other bags. I love the Boogie, but not in this incarnation.

Great bag! Great price! I say it's a keeper!

me too  although i usually intensely dislike contrast stitching, i think it works on this bag. i think it highlights the contours nicely. and it's one of those styles that won't go out of style. but i suppose it's really down to whether you absolutely love it or not. sale or otherwise, 700 plus dollars is still a lot of money! :smile1:

I like it a lot. I love the structured frame and the lock at the top. An "affordable" Clandestine. BUT BUT BUT if you don't love it, send it back. It will sit in your closet and haunt you.

It's a unique shape for sure, and the leather is beautiful. I agree with summertime that it looks more like a cold weather bag. If you want to get a Boogie bag, I'd go w/ the classic (I don't even know what its specific name is!), and send this one back.

I personally like the stitching and the detailing by the handles for the classic shape better.
