Nope. The bag she is carrying has a kiss lock and double chain strap. I'm pretty sure it's a Stam look alike.

Yep there's def two chains attached to that stam! Look at where the chain clasp is....you can see them both pretty clearly.

It's actually just one chain that has been fed through the metal O attaching the handle and clipped back where the other side ends.
