Kate Spade Cedar Street Margot

Hi all,

Has anyone seen this style in person? I'm considering the patent ones; is it a good size for everyday use? How is the leather quality? Please share your thoughts-thanks so much for any input! Picture from Katespade.com

I think it is a good spacious size. I liked the design and size better than the similar Maise. Unfortunately, the look and feel of that style ridged patent leather wasnt appealing to me. But it did look durable and functional for an everyday bag.

Apelila bought a bag earlier this fall in that type material which she talks about in this thread.

I am new, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes, but I just purchased this in the "dot." Mine isn't leather, it's vinyl. But I do think the size is just right for me. It seems to be well made. I went over it thoroughly. I am plus-sized. I like bigger bags and it was partly why I chose the Margot.

Not sure if you still need an answer to this, but a girlfriend of mine has this bag in a dusty light light purple/lilac color that's patent leather. It is absolutely beautiful! I usually don't like purples or patent, but this was really pretty and made me want her bag.
