I found a gorgeous pink Harmony tote at Winners last week in the small size but when I got home and looked at the bag in natural light, I noticed 2 large "dents" on the leather on the front of the bag, giving the bag a slightly crumply look. Any Harmony tote owners out there notice the same thing with their bags? Was wondering if it's a defect in the bag or the nature of the leather.

I own the medium and it is the most structured saffiano tote I own. I never have to keep it stuffed or anything when it's stores away. It may just be from the way it's been handled by customers in the store.
Sorry to hear that you had to return it. Perhaps try a boutique? They're doing 25% off sale items and they may have the Harmony in colours from previous seasons.

I don't think the sweetheart pink was included in the promotion, it's a colour from a few months ago and I believe its either on clearance in store (where they're offering an additional 25% off markdowns) or it's at the outlets which means its probably marked down plus an additional 60% off. Perhaps try calling CS to track it down or visit your local outlet, I know they've been receiving more transfers compared to previous months and you may even find another colour you like.
