CDL Taking an Ebay break

just received an email from createursdeluxe that indicates they will be taking a break from ebay, all items for sale will need to be viewed on their website directly. clearly a big loss for ebay. all prior listings on ebay have been ended.
i wish them well. they have been very good to me.

no reason given, just that they are "going solo"
i am guessing with increased listing fees it just doesn't make economic sense. i hope they will be back eventually, heaven knows their bags were always to die for!

so true- they are basically chasing everyone away with the increased fees, rules, and general insanity and nonresponsiveness to sellers. (no sellers, no money for ebay- duh!)

CDL is very established already and is well loved here. So they have their loyal followers. I wish them well. And hope that the saving that they save on listing fees, can be passed on to customers.

I can't thank CDL enough that because of the gorgeous bags that they get, especially in exotics, we have been spoilt with loads of pictures of beautiful bags to help us decide on our HGs. Thank you, CDL. And yes, I've bookmarked their website!

Ebay isn't very nice to sellers. I'm not surprised that they are leaving ebay.

I was just on their website today! I also had their ebay site bookmarked. I did a completed search for hermes bags today. It doesn't appear too many have sold? Is it the economy or ebay or both?

I don't understand what may have happened. I just did a member search on eBay for createursdeluxe and under the name it now shows 0 feedback. Huh?? Will just move on to the website...
