Yes, she really is gorgeous, but I have seen some "before" pictures of her way before all that plastic surgery, and you wouldn't actually recognize her. Just check out Awfulplasticsurgery.com. Very interesting. She has a great surgeon......unlike Mickey Rouke's!!
