Casual leather strap watch

Hello my fellow TPFers

I am looking for a casual everyday watch with a leather band.
I currently have a Rolex with jubilee bracelet, fluted bezel and diamond markers--which I think is a bit dressy to wear when I am dressed down.

Do you have any suggestions for a casual watch that looks great on?

I would go with any Michele watch. You can get one with diamonds, without, two tone, ceramic... And for the most part, the bands are interchangeable!
