Just looking for some feedback. Has anyone had 18k gold earrings tarnish? My single JUC earring has developed a tarnish on the part that goes through the ear, the rest of the earring has no tarnish. I have worn it continuously in my helix piercing including in the shower for 5 months (but I have never worn it to swim). The Cartier cleaning spray hasn't removed it.
I just thought it was a bit strange, none of my other jewellery Cartier or otherwise 9 or 18K gold has ever tarnished. The rest of the earring is perfect. It doesn't really bother me that much because you can't see it when worn, just wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar.
