Cartier Wedding Band resizing

Is it possible to resize a Cartier wedding band? My husband has the 5mm classic wedding band in YG. He has lost a lot of weight and his ring is loose now that I'm afraid it might fall off. We're both physically active, and he wears his wedding ring all the time, in the shower, during workouts (running, swimming etc)

Can we send the ring back to have it resized? He hopes that he doesn't have to buy another ring, my guy is very sentimental.

He shouldn't have an issue sizing down. They can do it traditionally (for most rings) or add a liner. It's usually like 250 I think and takes a couple weeks

Yup we had to resize mine, they of course make you pay for it but they can definitely do it.
