I bought my Cartier watch a few years ago and haven’t had the need to get it serviced, but I vaguely remember hearing the SA say something about getting it serviced regularly. Do you think I need to send it in now (I think I got it four-ish years ago) or wait until the battery dies? Does anyone know how much it costs and how long it takes to service? Thanks!

When I bought my Miss Pasha back in 2014, either I was told or read the manual to get a courtesy maintenance at 2 years which I did, then it’s 5 years thereafter.
Per their website, maintenance starts at $385. Although I rarely wear my watch, I do all the timely maintenance checks and schedule them in my phone.

Manuals should be done every 5 years or the like, quartz are more or less maintenance-free. Of course you need to change the battery
