Cartier watch service

Recently I bought a 30 year old watch which after a few days war running fine. However, it usually stops after 8-12 hours. Not the biggest thing but it would be nice to have at least 24. So I brought it to a Cartier boutique. Now as they have checked it they are doing a whole service including new parts like the arms for free. I'm stunned

Hope this level of service continues 'forever', i.e way past the 8 years of warranty
