While browsing eBay and online resale boutiques for a tank watch, I noticed some pieces are listed simply as Cartier while others say Must De Cartier. Some Trinity pieces are also listed as Must De Cartier. Does anyone know what the difference is between the two?

Thanks!

Just the time at which they were produced. The new Cartier trinity rings only say Cartier while the must de Cartier are from an older release. I'm sure it's the same for the watches.

Les Must de Cartier dates from the early 1970s and we can thank the line for their diversification into bags, briefcases, scarves and other non jewelled luxury goods as well as more fashion conscious pieces. I don't mind vintage Les Must pieces at all, especially the tri-coloured gold pieces
