Oh interesting, I wondered about the construction at Bellagio 2 weeks back. Sad to see the Caesars closing, it as such a beautiful place but mabye the rents were too high?

For the Crystals I wonder why there are shops at all. It's empty of shoppers every time I am in Vegas. As a customer a good thing, though.

Caesars saw a lot of foot traffic & window shoppers, but apparently that location had significantly lower sales numbers by comparison to the other boutiques.

With respect to Crystals, they have a lower transient clientele which is probably what you see when you visit. The boutiques in there cater to remote clients mostly.

I definitely agree. Anyone who has shopped in Vegas for many years knows that Caesars shoppers are not really comparable to shoppers at Bellagio, Wynn, or Crystals.

Agreed. I worked at Caesars forum at Ralph Lauren and Lacoste years ago, and there are definitely a lot of looky-loos in that mall. A lot of tourists who really aren't that serious in buying, just window shopping.

From what I read here and the construction I saw right next to Hermès near the reception just opposite the Petrossian. You cannot miss it.

... however, I still wonder how they made space for the new boutique. Any pictures are welcomed if you get there :flowers:
Yes I’m very curious on where they made the space for this too. Not a bad location I do like where Hermes is but near the main entrance is veryyyy very busy so I’m not sure about this either. Well if no one makes it there by the 27th, I will definitely report back! Very long story short, our vacay in Vegas was planned Aug 27-Sept 5 and my fiancé and I just made a huge spontaneous decision to move to Vegas after living in Florida our entire lives so say hello to your new Vegas resident! Vacay turned move lol (:

Hmmmm, just being busy is not exactly the criterium to go for - Caesars was busy, too. Agreed with the other posters that you need *real* customers but I noticed the lines at the other south-end shops at Bellagio. There were hardly any lines at Caesars. We'll see. What would you think is the best location in Vegas? Rodeo drive is hard to beat I'd think.
