I need some help in choosing which piece of jewelry to purchase. I've been eyeing these two items for quite awhile but I can't seem to make a decision on which one to get so please help me!

I'm debating between the Cartier Love cuff in WG or the VCA small Frivole earrings in YG. DH says I should get the Love. He feels the Frivole will be less apparent behind my hair so he says there's no point of buying something you can't see. :sad:

I know one is a cuff and the other is an earring, but your feedback will mean alot to me. Also, I would love to hear what other bracelet/cuff that you think is a nice piece to purchase.

Tough decision being that both pieces are beautiful!

I have to admit that I agree with your hubby on the earrings, I was also wanting to purchase the Frivole earrings but in white gold with the diamonds however, after much deliberation I ended up choosing the Magic 3 motif earrings because the Frivole pair just weren't seen due to my hair covering them up! I mean don't get me wrong they are stunning earrings but in my opinion if they get completely lost whats the point? In all fairness it depends on if you wear your hair down a lot too because if you wear it up most of the time they may work for you. For me they just wouldn't since I always have my hair down. If your heart is set on these check out the large version, they might not get lost since they are a lot bigger...

As far as the cuff goes I say if it's available and you love it get it because I've been hearing that they are getting rid of the Love cuff for good so now may be a good time to invest in one. I like the cuff because it's easy to take on and off, I wish I would have purchased one a long time ago! All in all, my final decision would be the cuff. Hope this helps, and let us know what you decide!

You may not enjoy the earrings as much since you won't be able to see them a lot unless you spend your days in front of a mirror...and it's even more true if you have long hair. I would pick the bracelet.

I'd prefer the bracelet over the cuff, but the nice thing about wrist jewelry is that the wearer can see and admire it as much as they like.

That being said... I may get compliments about my bracelets, but I get many more about my frivole earrings. I think because when you're talking with someone they are gazing in the direction of your head, so if your hair is up or pulled back, the earrings are a good focal point. Earrings and necklaces/pendants get so much more attention from others.

I have long hair and I always wear it down, however, I love all my earrings - and they don't get banged up as much as bracelets do! Have you tried the Frivoles on? They are perfect if you wear your hair down because they are not flat, and the way the light reflects off the petals means they are quite visible.

I think you can tell which I prefer!

I think the cuff is beautiful and prefer it to the Love bracelet.

But I would get the earrings because I would wear them more often. I'd just pull my hair back half up or a ponytail to show off those sparklers. The frivole are at the top of my VCA wishlist ;)

Thanks, cupcake34! I also prefer the bracelet but I don't like wearing something 24/7 so the cuff is a nice alternative. I'm looking at the YG cuff too but I'm considering the WG one because I may want to stack it with my RG Perlee. I love the earrings too! It's such a hard decision.

I normally wear my hair down so that's the reason why DH said the cuff would be a better choice. I didn't know that they will be discontinued! I have to seriously think about it now.
