Cartier tank solo?

I´ve never been in this section before, usually in the bags sections but I´m thinking about buying a cartier tank solo and would really appriciate some advice on how much it is, and if it´s a reliable watch. Thanks!

I was just looking at one this morning....I don't know about the reliability, I own a Cartier Roadster and I love it...here's this Tank Solo on Amazon
