Cartier Tank Solo, eternity band or a Pomellatto / Bigli ring?

Dear all,

I am due an anniversary present and just cannot decide on what to go for?

I'd be looking at a Cartier Solo Tank watch and as we live in Brussels currently I could get really good deals on eternity bands in Antwerp.
But at the same time I started to like the idea of these Pomellatto or Bigli semi precious stones as right hand rings......
What would you go for?
