I was wondering if any of the ladies know how's the size difference on these two earring? I wanted to get 2 of the single ones (6 mm diameter) to make it a pair or should I get the love earring pair (7.2 mm diameter). The price difference is around $400 usd. Wondering if anyone tried these in person and would the smaller ones look significantly smaller in person? I have small earlobes so I'm thinking either one works...any thoughts? Thanks. Picture below for reference.

I have chosen love single earring. And wear as a pair, size is same width of love bracelet View attachment 5357279View attachment 5357280View attachment 5357281regular size. It a bit tricky to put the screws ball at the back on as it so small, must made sure hand not too oily, but when it on ,it very secure and comfortable.
Wow the earrings look lovely on you. Thanks for sharing. Did u pick the single one due to the back part? Did you get a chance to try on the pair to compare? I’m really wondering what’s the size diff in real person. I tried going to boutique and they don’t have both so I can’t compare side by side. Anyhow thanks for sharing.

Hi,
Thank you,I had buy online after watch reviews on YouTube for both earring and check size on description, 6mm vs 7.2mm the pairs seem big, for my test, and single cost less but still got the stlye and secure enough also comfortable no problem, only thing is little tricky when put it on.
If you search on youtube you will find useful reviews with both earrings.
Let us know which one you go for.

I’ve never seen these “screw ball” type backs before.

I have three pairs of Cartier earrings, all of which have the side press backs, which is highly secure.

I assume since you have to screw the ball backs on, they are also secure as you have to unscrew multiple times to unscrew them?

Hi,
Mine is not bad if I want to unscrew the earrings, as I wasn't screwed it too tight in. just little turn twice it come out easy,
The screw ball wasn't hard to put in just tricky as hold small and the ball are small, but when you get use to it is easy. The screw ball got good weight not light.

Good info. I think it looks cute, heavy and secure.

After owning Cartier earrings, I’ll never go back to the posts that don’t have some sort of security about them.

Not that I’ve ever lost any earrings or posts, but I love not having to worry about losing posts/earrings especially if I plan upgrade to bigger diamond solitaire earrings in the future.

Yes I noticed that. Thanks for pointing that out. Wonder which one is easier.

I only have a single love stud to wear in my third hole piercing so I've never taken it out! I would image if you were buying to switch out often with other earrings then the pair with traditional back would be more convenient. My SA told me the single stud was made in mind for cartilage style piercings which is why it has the screw on backing.

The smaller earring with the ball back was created for non-traditional piercings, I wear mine in my cartilage and have for over 3 years now. The ball back can get stripped, which can loosen over time. Hope this helps.

That makes sense since it is essentially a screw like the Love bracelet and can loosen over time.

I thought it was unusual to use that sort of screw ball for the backs, but now it makes sense that it’s not really made for traditional piercings.
