I placed on online order (in the US) this past weekend before the price increase and the shipping date was 4/26. I thought, geez, that's a long time considering I don't want it wrapped or anything. I checked yesterday and the date changed to 4/28. Now today it's 5/1. I understand Cartier probably had a lot of orders before the price increase. But, I feel like they should stick with their original date as I need to home to sign for the package.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Maybe I just needed to rant. I've never ordered online before so this is already a disappointing start. I thought shipping used to be 2 days. Sigh.

I just recently purchased a small JUC ring last week online and it came in 2 days. I wonder if they are backed up with increased sales or the item is not readily available? The waiting is hard. I hope you love it when it arrives!!
 
My guess is it’s due to the specific item you ordered. They must either not have it in stock in the warehouse, and that was the estimated date they were hoping to get it, and it’s getting pushed back because they still don’t have it. Or something along those lines.
I always order online, and I always receive it the next day. If I order on a weekend, I get it on Tuesday. Last Sunday evening I placed an order, and it was delivered at 9am yesterday.
Just for peace of mind, you can always call CS and ask what’s going on, and try to get a more concrete date.
Also note, when ordering online now you more than likely will not receive a travel pouch or cleaning kit. But if you call and ask for one, they will happily send them to you.
I hope it arrives soon!
 
The order was for the small love hoops. I can see they are out of stock now. I just checked and an ambassador who confirmed there are none in store. Well, they weren't when I ordered... and the order has already posted to my credit card. Which is odd since Cartier says they don't know when these will be back in stock.

My Target orders are more reliable :lol: Now I can see why people get frustrated with the .com orders.
