hello ladies, i wanted to know if anyone has gone to cartier for a polishing service? my love ring has a lot of surface scratches and one deeper nick in the gold i was wondering if anyone has an experience to share?

how long does this take and what is the price?

My mum sent her bracelet away about a month ago and was given a price (£72 I think) earlier this week. Not sure how much longer it'll take but it took a while even just to get the price.

how come when I bought my ring the SA told me it was free every 2 years to get it polished and remove the scratches at any cartier store internationally.
