Anyone else have Cartier scarves?

This is my one and only (1970s Must de Cartier era).

Cartier is known for their double colour hems and obviously designs of jewels. Fabulous for the evening.

The background is ruby red, and the standout gems are sapphire and emerald surround by diamonds. A real jewel toned scarf. The red is somewhere in-between these photos, not quite as pinky as the first two, not quite as orange as the last. The jacquard print is of the design itself and other bow shaped jewellery, like a bow extravaganza.

I have got one. I wear it from time to time.

Do you have a picture?

I almost bought one of the new ones, but the branding was a bit too heavy for me and it wasn't early as vibrant IRL as online. I think I will hunt some more vintage if I can. I'm not that impressed with the latest Hermes either, so looking at vintage Cartier offers something different but of similar quality of older H.

What I appreciate about Cartier (at least the vintage) scarves I've seen, is that they were made with such attention to detail both the craft quality and the design. The full saturation on the reverse as well as front, the echo of the jacquard to the design, the double-border colour, the detail of the design and the thoughtfulness of the cws. I'm not surprised they hold their value.
