I've never seen this style in the Cartier store, but from pix it doesn't look very exquisite, I wouldn't spend that much to get it from ebay. I'll say pass.

I have seen this ring IRL and own some Cartier pieces. My best friend's Mum collects Cartier and she has pieces from this collection too. The workmanship/finishing is not up to Cartier standards, the inner engraving is definitely not Cartier either. Authentic pieces should also have a certificate with the corresponding serial number. I hope this helps. Otherwise I actually love this design.

Yeah, I was also going to mention that it does not look authentic to me either. The detail and finishing are not clean/neat enough to be Cartier.
