Cartier return

Just purchased my first cartier piece at the store. Came home to try it on, but the necklace is giving me a rash. How does Cartier return and exchange policy work? Should I reach out to my SA first. I am based in California if that helps!

no, I bought the love necklace in YG. I think my neck was a bit sensitive. I also have sensitive ears too (can only wear titantium). So I ended up getting a legers bracelet instead : )

For sensitive skin to jewelry, do you find that it’s better to leave it on or take it off with water activities like showers, washing dishes, etc? I know it’s personal preference for jewelry, but with your current bracelet how is your skin reacting now?
