Yesterday, I received a Cartier Love Necklace from my wonderful hubby for our anniversary. But, the necklace is about 16 inches and I feel like it's choking me.
This morning, I sent Cartier an email asking if it was possible to have it extended to 18".
Haven't received a response.
For those of you with Cartier experience, will they do this? Because if not, I don't even want to keep it.
