Hi!

I own the plain YG cuff since Nov 2011. I love sooo much!

Now with the crazy price increases I am very tempted to get another YG one (either bracelet with 4 diamonds or the cuff with 1 diamond).

I have never thought of getting another Love bracelet. But for some reason I feel that in the future I will lust over one of them and regret it not getting it earlier..

My question is, is this purchase now justifiable only beacsue of the price increase???

What do you all think?

TIA!

To answer your question, no, it's not justifiable. I think it's only worth buying (in advance of a price increase) if you were planning on getting it anyway. Otherwise, it's more like an impulse buy and it's a lot of money you're playing with. I personally like the simplicity of one Love bracelet.

No, it's not. You shouldn't buy something because you will maybe want in in the future and it might cost more. When you really, truly want something, the price won't matter. If you ever happen to start lusting over another bracelet, you may have a slight regret that you didn't buy it a few years earlier but you will have a huge regret if you spend all that money now when you don't really even want one and aren't crazy in love with it. In the long run, the price won't make a difference when you really want something.

And this is exactly what cartier wants to have happen, panic and pandemonium before a PI so people are frantic and buy now, don't play into their hands :) although I'm in the same boat, I want a ring but don't know if I want it enough right now,so I feel with the impending PI I'm forced to make a decision I'm not ready to make quite yet...

I'd hold off. I am in the same boat as you are, with just one plain RG cuff currently. I know I'll want another at some point, but I feel like just jumping in right now wouldn't be the right decision.
