Hey fellow Cartier lovers,

I've been thinking about this for the longest time, but have just been so conflicted in store because I love them all.

I wear my 6 motif VCA bracelet all the time - the Tiffany one is just optional. Both are in Rose Gold!

Does anyone have a stack with any of the below to show or have an opinion on which would be most functional for everyday wear (with a little bling which my current bracelets are missing).

My contemplations for each are:
JUC - stunning but worried it won't be as comfortable and will need to be removed as I sleep with my jewellery on!

LOVE reg - stunning but I find it a bit too well-known and do not want to be judged for it in a professional setting where I am relatively junior.

LOVE sm - stunning (as all of them are!) but found that it didn't quite sparkle as much even with diamonds due to the tiny size of the diamonds.

What about the small JUC with or without diamonds?

In my opinion for the reasons you mentioned, it seems like none of these options would be ideal.

I love the JUC. I don’t leave mine on 24/7, though I know people do. You mentioned wanting bling and the JUC with diamonds is beautiful. If you want a 24/7 piece though……. I’m not certain that should be the one.

The classic size love seems like it would be the obvious choice, but you already said you won’t be comfortable wearing one professionally. It’s especially beautiful with the four diamonds. To me this would be my choice of the 3 but it would mean making a conscious decision to be comfortable wearing it in all settings. If that’s not you, then I’d consider something else since it’s designed to be a 24/7 piece.

The small love in my opinion when not stacked with other Cartier pieces doesn’t really look like much, and like you said those diamonds are TINY!

I have learned that people judge regardless of what I do. It is a reflection of them, not me anyway.
I have the 4d love and would not switch it for a juc or a small love personally. The practicality of the design and ease of stacking it with other pieces or even alone with one other piece or a watch makes it perfect for me.

So based on your post, if there was one I had to choose, it would probably be the JUC. Despite you preference of sleeping with your jewelry, taking the JUC off is also helpful when you do not want to wear it in a professional setting or any setting that you don't want to or don't feel comfortable wearing in.
I agree that the small love with diamonds doesn't sparkle as much and I personally don't think it's worth it, however, I do love the sparkle on the diamond JUC.

My only potential concern with the JUC, is because you are looking at the regular size, due to the thickness of the bracelet, will it overshadow your alhambra bracelet? Or make the alhambra motif look too small? That I'm not sure, and it's something you'll need to try on in stores to see for yourself.

If you haven't done so yet, try them all on with your current bracelet collection, take photos, and compare them. Good luck and happy shopping!

Side note:
Regarding judgement in a professional setting. Like @7h5f921 said, judgment is everywhere. In the long run, best to not care. However, having said that, I understand that some people don't want to be judged in a way that could negatively impact their career or not give them potential opportunities. It is sad that there are some workplaces like that who, based on personal bias and judgement, may hinder career growth to people based on how they look or dress. However, when I was new in my career, I was definitely more low key and no-brands/logos to not give the wrong impression to others.

So I suppose it's best to:
1) Know what you're comfortable with
2) Know the work environment/culture that you have

I am fortunate that my professional environment is relatively healthy, and no one really judges or cares on a professional level. They may make a personal remark here or there, but in my experience, that does not affect career moves and opportunities. So I do wear my fine jewelry to work on a daily basis but I don't make it a point to show it off or display it in an ostentatious manner (not saying or assuming that you do it or anything like that). People just know that I like nice things and that's it. haha

Since the 6-motif VCA is dainty and flexible (not sure how else to describe it! just not a bangle?), I think it'll go well with the thin love. Something to 'ground' it if that makes sense. Not sure if the motifs would get caught or looped around the head or nail area of the JUC.

@cutieboomber I know this is the Cartier thread, but would you recommend the 6-motif sweet? I've always admired it and think it'll be a great everyday bracelet, but then the 5-motifs seem more substantial and have more options (guilloche, stones, yellow vs rose)

Just going off of the stack and what you have said I would pair a thin love with 6 diamonds. I have it in yg and love it. A thin juc with diamonds would work as well. I have it and take it off every night with no issues.

I wear a regular JUC everyday, including when I sleep. I never notice it honestly and find it very comfortable.
+1. I often leave my regular JUC on at night too. I found that wearing it with the side with the nail tail towards my hand is more comfortable than the nail head towards my hand. Personally, I am surprised that I don’t find it annoying or cumbersome to always have it on my arm, as I can be sensitive to having extraneous things on my body (for example, I cannot wear necklaces or earrings at night, no matter how small/lightweight).

Aesthetically, I think your stack would look beautiful with a regular LOVE with 4 diamonds!

+1 for the small Diamond love bc the motif bracelet might get a little lost with the regular size. And your wrists look pretty small, so I think the small would be suitable.

I'd recommend it if you're after something lowkey and dainty! I feel like it's definitely a piece that looks good with stacking - like my current dilemma, I'm thinking something to sparkle it up

If we're looking at impact - then definitely the 5 motif (and I think that's more bang for your buck).
