Hi!! I came here because I haven't seen any posts about this so hopefully you all can help me out!!

I recently bought my very first Cartier piece - a beautiful YG Love wedding band. I'm OBSESSED. The only down part is that it fits a little snug :(
I went to the Cartier boutique and tried it on and everything - it fit perfectly fine there so I guess I just didn't compensate for the normal swelling throughout the day/at night. I was even considering going down another size.

I have a size 51 and I think a 52/53 would fit better. I called and they said they can't size up - they can only do a reproduction of one that will cost 60% of the original cost (might as well just buy a new one at that point).

Any thoughts on what I should do? Any and all thoughts are welcomed!! :)

So sorry this happened to you! I'm just chiming in because I bought a yellow gold LOVE bracelet and it made my wrist swell. Other gold bracelets don't do this to me. I think I'm allergic to something in the yellow gold they make.
I hope you found a happy solution. In my case, I had to provide photographs before they would accept a return. It was a problem.

I'm sorry that happened! Rings are always so hard because depending on the weather and style of the ring they can fit differently throughout the day. Can you maybe have it sized down and wear it on a smaller finger?

make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day and avoid high sodium foods to avoid swelling. if it fit at one point it should be fine..

So sorry. Rings are difficult. I bought the trinity ring in Vegas a few years ago and wanted to wear it in my right ring finger. It fit great but then my husband and I started a lifestyle change because of his high blood pressure and I lost weight. Now I wear it on my middle finger. Can you try a different finger or your non dominate hand?
