Cartier love not perfectly lined up/flush where it screws?

Hello! I've noticed on one side where the two ends of my love meet and screw they don't perfectly match up flush creating a small "ridge" you can feel. No gap, just not flush. The other side is perfectly flush. Is this normal? Thanks!

Doesn’t look right. Yup should be all flat at the metal connection with no gap.

Perhaps try to realign both and screw again?

I've tried No matter what I do when screwed tight there is a small ridge on one side.

Also the bracelet is only about 2 weeks old so no damage has been done to it. Possibly a defect?

update! I sent my bracelet in and they were able to repair it so it lined up perfectly however they also polished it 😭. I expressed my frustration seeing the bracelet was only weeks old so they replaced it with a brand new bracelet. Sad to see my first piece go, but happy to have one that’s perfect from the jump.
