How much in the new cartier love charity bracelet? Also is it available in the United States yet?

I was told that they did away with the charity bracelets. The 2010 will not be sold in the U.S.

When I was in Cartier the other day, I asked about the charity bracelet, and they said that they will be re-issuing it next year. I sincerely hope so.
