Cartier love bracelet

Can you tell me what is the difference between cartier 18k solid gold and cartier 18k gold plated bracelet? Thank you so much!

There is no such thing as a Cartier gold-plated Love bracelet - genuine (i.e. not fake) Cartier Love bracelets only come in solid 18k white, yellow or rose gold or platinum.

Cartier briefly authorized the creation of an electroplated version in the 70's, which was sold by Charles Revson. The electroplated version has a hinge on one side, and a screw on the other. That is the only noticeable difference IIRC. HTH.
