I am not very familiar with Love bracelets (only have two - one small one and one regular one with diamonds). However, I have noticed that two, otherwise identical bracelets, have a slight variance. One has more squarish look and the other one rounder edges and looks a tiny bit less "bulky," if you will. I understand that the one with rounder edges have been more polished by
Cartier. I need to add that both are very recent purchases and both are brand new, never re-polished. Is this common? Which one is preferred or has more classic look?

(The pic is the best I could do) - the one on the right has slightly rounder edges. It might be hard to see but in reality it is more noticeable.

After reading your post i compared my love cuff that i purchased in the past and it has sharp crisp edges. And my new hinged love bracelet the edges are rounded. I try not to let it bother me. Maybe Cartier thought it would be better rounded?! Just wear it in good health!

Thank you for confirming. Mine has sharp and crips edges, it was my friend's bracelet that had rounder edged. They have since returned the bracelet because of that.

I used to have a rose gold without diamonds - I had it for about 8 years before I decided it sell it and upgrade to a yellow gold one with 4 diamonds. Apart from them having slightly different looking screw mechanisms as the model changed, I also noticed the same thing about the rounded vs. sharp edges.

My old RG one was noticeably more round, but I had it buffed/polished once. To be honest, I was quite a bit younger back then and did not notice the edges so it's hard to say whether the polishing caused a more rounded appearance. What I do think though is that my new one that is ~3 years old is a lot more crisp and sharp. I like both, but sometimes I think I like the rounded look better because it looks more "well worn". That said, both were purchased directly from Cartier and it is what it is :) Both are pretty.
