is this the small love? this exact thing happened to my moms small love months ago I posted about it. it happened 5 months after I bought it for her. she woke up and the hinge was like out of the bracelet. I don't live anywhere close to a boutique so they sent me an envelope to send it to New York. they called me weeks later saying it couldn't be fixed and said they would send it back to the boutique I bought it from and send me a new one. They sent it to a different boutique and a sales lady called me saying I probably have too big of a size and that I should come get measured because men wear size 18 and its probably too big. I told her I also have a regular love in size 18 and never had a problem and I bought the small in person and its my size and that I have big wrists. But she sent me a new one and my mom hasn't had a problem since. I think her original one was defective like the hinge wasn't melted into the metal or something.
