Hi Everyone :smile1:

I have not been on the boards for a while, so much has been going on moving house and working so I can afford all the goodies I treat myself to.

Since the start of the year I have purchased another Cartier Love Bracelet (White Gold) for the BF (to be fair he purchased me the yellow gold version in January)for our celebration of 5 years together. I also purchased White Gold Rolex Daytona for myself on the jewelery front.

I have just come back from a quick holiday and worn the Love Bracelet every day and it held up fine, yes in 6 months there are a few scuffs, however, I love how is adds to the character.

The BF is enjoying his white gold version and he also wears the charity bracelet (not sure they Cartier call them this anymore though) as a combination in addition to his trinity ring.

I would be more than happy to post a picture if people wanted to see as sometimes it is nice to view combinations together prior to making the plunge.

Anyway, I am glad to be back and after reading a few posts today in some of the forums it made me realise how much I have missed our discussions and passions for all things luxury!

Yes, he got a yellow gold, and I got a white gold! Though I have to say, even though normally I am a white metal fan, I am really liking the rich look of the 18k yg!

LOVE that pic!:smile1: Did you go for a more fitted bracelet and your OH the want one more loose? I ended up getting a more fitted version size 18 (But it still moves) and the bf got 20 as he likes his a bit more loose.

When did you purchase them Darkangel and did you get them at the same time?

We had measured him for a 19, but the shape of his wrist couldn't fit a 19; the screws were digging in, so we had to go for a 20 for him! He wished he could have has it more snug. I have a snugger fit, which I am fine with.
