I would be a little sad since I paid a big special order premium to get these with blue sapphires and with emeralds, but happy for everyone who is able to get them in the future without a wait!

Wow! These look beautiful. With the proliferation of lab diamonds, I'm hesitant about paying a premium for diamond pieces. Sapphires feel more precious than diamonds nowadays imo.
My own year-long experience tells me that Cartier US SAs have no clue whatsoever so I hope this is real and we will see these items in stock soon. Or better not as my account balance will suffer
